Technical Team
Ade is a highly accomplished multi-disciplinary professional with extensive credentials across various professional bodies. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Practitioner, holding Fellowships from both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Additionally, Ade is recognized as a Business Rescue and Recovery Practitioner (BRIPAN), a Chartered Stockbroker (CIS), and a Chartered Secretary and Administrator (ICSAN).
With over four decades of experience in financial reporting, assurance, and tax, Ade has built a distinguished career that includes tenures with the Office of the Auditor-General for the Federation, Adetona Isichie & Co. (Chartered Accountants), and Akintola Williams Deloitte (Chartered Accountants), as well as his own independent practice.
Ade served as the 15th President of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) from 2021 to 2023 and held the position of Vice President 2 of the West Africa Union of Tax Institutes (WAUTI). His leadership continues to shape tax policy and practice, influencing the landscape of taxation both within Nigeria and beyond. Ade’s commitment to excellence and his wealth of experience make him a pivotal figure in the industry.
