Principal Partner & Chairman, Board of Partners
A chartered accountant and renowned tax professional with over 41years of experience in both public and private sectors. Ade’s experience spans both the public and private sectors. He is a multidisciplinary professional who is also a chartered stockbroker, chartered secretary and a business recovery and restructuring professional. Ade, who holds the award of ‘mni’ is also an alumni of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru.
Michael JAGA
Senior Partner & Co-Chairman, Board of Partners
Mike brings extensive experience in tax and financial management, with a background in accounting and business finance. He has worked with Marinho & Partners, Ijewere & Co., and held key roles in the banking sector, including City Express Bank and First City Monument Bank (FCMB). He is a Fellow of ICAN and CITN, a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a member of the Risk Managers Association of Nigeria. A community volunteer and Rotary Club leader, he brings strategic and ethical leadership to the practice.
Kazeem OYETADE
Head of Practice & Chief Executive Officer
With a robust background in financial services, Kazeem oversees day-to-day operations and client relationships at AIA Professionals. He is an Accounting Professional, Chartered Tax Practitioner with an MBA in Finance. He is responsible for implementing the firm’s strategic initiatives and quality assurance systems. He doubles as the President of the in-house cooperative and multipurpose.
